--Community Procession--
Join your fellow community members for an afternoon of remembrance and celebration on November 2nd at 4 p.m.

Día de los Muertos procession in the heart of downtown from Springfield City Hall to the Springfield History Museum, featuring music by el Taller de Son Jarocho and a dedication at the Springfield Community Altar. Music by Mariachi Monumental and procession to the Museum at 5 p.m. Physical distance will be observed and masks are required.

Light refreshments and sugar skulls to decorate will be provided while supplies last.

 --Procesión Comunitaria--
2 noviembre, 4 p.m.: una procesión del Día de los Muertos desde el ayuntamiento de Springfield hasta el museo de historia de Springfield. Incluye música del Taller de Son Jarocho y una dedicación enfrente del altar comunitario. Música con Mariachi Monumental a las 5 p.m. Se requiere cubrebocas.

Se ofrecerán merienditas y calaveras de azúcar para decorar hasta agotar existencias.

--Self-guided Altar Tour--
For those that prefer a more personal experience and/or don’t feel comfortable attending a physically distanced and masked event, we encourage you to take a self-guided tour! A host of small local businesses around downtown and throughout Springfield will observe Día de los Muertos with storefront altar displays.
