Springfield Public Library’s film series SpringFilm presents the 2003 comedy classic, School of Rock.
Get ready to experience the magic of music and education in a whole new way as Springfield Public Library presents a special movie screening of the hilarious comedy film "School of Rock". Join us on a special time at 6:30 PM, TUESDAY November 21. Come and enjoy an evening of laughter, music, and inspiration that both Adults and Teens can enjoy.
"School of Rock," directed by Richard Linklater and starring Jack Black, follows the story of Dewey Finn, a passionate musician who poses as a substitute teacher and transforms a class of talented but reserved students into a rock 'n' roll powerhouse. The film is a heartwarming tribute to the power of music and the importance of following one's passion.

SpringFilm continues at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 13th with a free showing of the Cohen Bros. film “Hail, Caesar!”.
