Spring Break STEAM session In-Person
Spring Break Wednesday, March 29 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. enjoy an afternoon of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) in the library meeting room. Kids can move between different STEAM inspired stations and try their hand at Lego, Origami, Robots, SNAP Circuits and many, many other fun projects. Lane County Waste Reduction will showcase an experiment about gas produced at Landfill sites and participants will have the chance to win an amazing prize!
During Spring Break week (March 27 – April 1) patrons can pick up a free book (ages 0 to 18 only), enjoy an afternoon of STEAM activities, attend a showing of ‘The Iron Giant’ and attend a Reptile Show with extra events scheduled just for Teens on Spring Break Thursday and Saturday.
