Oregon Reptile Man for Spring Break In-Person

The Oregon Reptile Man returns to the Springfield Public Library with two shows at 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Friday, March 31.  To celebrate Spring Break the library will welcome a Spur Thigh Tortoise, Gila Monster, an Alligator, a de-venomized King Cobra, a Burmese Python and other scaly friends in a free and interactive show!  The shows will be held in the Springfield City Council Chambers with patrons asked to attend just one to ensure everyone gets to enjoy this Spring Break treat.  For more information please contact the Springfield Public Library on (541) 726-3766 or email library@springfield-or.gov

During Spring Break week (March 27 – April 1) patrons can pick up a free book (ages 0 to 18 only), enjoy an afternoon of STEAM activities, attend a showing of ‘The Iron Giant’ and attend a Reptile Show with extra events scheduled just for Teens on Spring Break Thursday and Saturday.

All events are free and open to the public.
