Make an Appointment - Update Your Library Card via Zoom
Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.Are you ready for access to the library's digital and physical collection?
Schedule a virtual Zoom appointment with us, if:
- You received a confirmation email from the library with your digital library card number
During a brief Zoom* appointment of less than ten minutes, we'll ask you to show your photo ID and address verification.
After you select a date and time below for your appointment, follow the prompts. You'll receive a confirmation email from "Springfield Library Events" with your appointment details.
*Some notes about Zoom and technology needs to help you prepare ahead of time:
1) If you will be joining from a phone or tablet, download the free Zoom app in advance.
2) If joining from a computer, you should be able to join without downloading anything, but the automatic download can be difficult to avoid.
3) Your device must have a working camera so that we can see your documents. When signing in to zoom, you might be asked to give permission for it to connect with your microphone and camera. It is important to give that permission.
4) If, after reading these notes, you realize that a Zoom meeting won't work for you, please call the library and we'll work with you on other options!
