Please Bother Me Class: How to Take and Send Pictures on your Smart Phone In-Person
Could you benefit from some help with taking and sending pictures on your Smart Phone, Cell Phone, Tablet or iPad? Come along to the Springfield Public Library Please Bother Me Class - a no-judgement zone where absolute beginners through to experts are more than welcome! The hour long class, followed by an hour of question/practice time will look at how best to take pictures to send to your friends and family as well as looking at different options for sending them including email, messaging and additional sharing apps. The class is aimed primarily for Android users however iPhone and all other users are more than welcome.
The Please Bother Me program is offered as a weekly drop-in opportunity for patrons to get help with technology and other related questions. Please Bother Me is offered on alternating Fridays at 10am and Saturdays at 2pm.
Help offered includes:
- Basic computer skills
- Cell phone setup
- Database navigation
- Facebook help
- Gadget setup
- Job websites
- Kindle/Nook
- Libby/Overdrive
- Library apps
- Online forms (DHS/GOV/W2)
- Research help
- Resume/Cover letter
- Website help
- Anything else you need....(within reason)
